Own Something

Recently, had one-one talks with my boss and my boss's boss.

Both of them said the same words about the future:
"You must own something, whatever it is!"

And also, my manager suggeste me that:
"You must be a domain expert in the following 2-3 years."

You must be specific and focus on something, if you really want to be successful. I must take care of that problem.
